1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bb44k ("bb44k", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bb44k.net. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the bb44k platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

bb44k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, bb44k will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of seven calendar days before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bb44k platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bb44k operates a strict 18+ policy and does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of bb44k complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by bb44k or by any other gaming operator or regulatory scheme — that would prohibit you from gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person.

Age Verification

bb44k is required to verify the age of every player before processing a first withdrawal. Documents accepted for age verification include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh or by the relevant authority of another recognised jurisdiction.

bb44k reserves the right to suspend a player account and withhold any associated funds pending successful completion of age and identity verification. Where a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned (less any winnings generated), and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bb44k's gaming and wagering services, you must register a personal account via the bb44k Login page. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile phone number registered to you in Bangladesh.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the bb44k platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If bb44k identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances or bonus credits within them will be forfeited. The primary account may also be subject to review and suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bb44k account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bb44k will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the bb44k support team immediately so that your account can be secured.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at all stages of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including falsifying your identity or age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bb44k platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bb44k supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bb44k account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• bb44k does not charge any fees for processing deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the method supporting withdrawals.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are processed without additional identity checks under normal circumstances.
• bb44k does not charge withdrawal processing fees. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within five minutes during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional review if they are unusually large, if your account activity appears irregular, or if your account is under investigation. bb44k reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to five business days in such circumstances.

5 Bonus Policy

bb44k offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual offer, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that offer only.

Wagering Requirements

The majority of bb44k bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page for each offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the offer. Any unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the validity period.

Bonus Eligibility

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• bb44k reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already claimed will be honoured subject to its specific terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, using automated systems to generate wagers, or colluding with other players — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.

Seasonal & Tournament Promotions

bb44k regularly publishes promotions timed to the Bangladeshi calendar and the cricket season — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. These promotions are available to eligible players for the duration stated on the promotion page and are subject to the same general bonus terms described above.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on the bb44k platform, you agree at all times to:

• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Provide accurate and truthful information at all stages of account registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent identity or source-of-funds checks requested by bb44k.
• Ensure that any funds deposited into your bb44k account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal, illegal, or fraudulent activity.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify bb44k immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Refrain from using any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated tool to interact with the bb44k platform in any way that was not expressly designed for player use.
• Refrain from engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any other behaviour designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical errors in the platform.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the bb44k platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bb44k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the one-account policy, bonus abuse provisions, or user obligation requirements.
• The player is found to be under the age of 18 at any point.
• bb44k reasonably suspects that the player's account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute against a deposit transaction.
• The player has requested voluntary self-exclusion, or is identified as being subject to a self-exclusion order from another platform or regulatory scheme.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to bb44k, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the bb44k support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, bb44k will process any remaining withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method within five business days. Any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may use the self-exclusion tool available in their account settings, or request a self-exclusion period by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bb44k platform — including but not limited to the bb44k brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of bb44k or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bb44k platform without the express prior written consent of bb44k. Unauthorised use of bb44k intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

Game content made available through the bb44k platform — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers — is licensed to bb44k by those respective providers and remains the intellectual property of the relevant provider. No rights in game content are transferred to players as a result of accessing or playing such games.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb44k, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or gambling losses of any kind.
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond bb44k's reasonable control.
• Errors or omissions in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, where bb44k takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any action taken by bb44k in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or fund withholding pending investigation.

bb44k's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bb44k account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bb44k is registered and licensed to operate. Players are advised to seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about the legal framework applicable to online gaming in their own jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bb44k arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you are encouraged to first contact the bb44k support team in writing at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. bb44k will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a recognised arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bb44k with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
